Devine Jiu Jitsu Kentucky is proud to be an affiliate of Devine Jiu Jitsu, founded by third-degree black belt Scott Devine under ninth-degree red belt Grandmaster Relson Gracie. Rooted in the tradition of Gracie Jiu Jitsu, our academy carries forward a legacy of effective self-defense, technical excellence, and lifelong learning.

Our Grayson, Kentucky academy is led by Caleb Everman, a black belt under Scott Devine with more than a decade of dedicated training and teaching experience.

Caleb is passionate about helping people discover the life-changing benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His teaching style is approachable, encouraging, and easy to understand, creating an environment where beginners feel welcome and experienced practitioners continue to grow.

His classes emphasize strong fundamentals, practical self-defense, and technical precision. Caleb believes that mastering the basics builds confidence and creates a foundation that serves students at every stage of their journey. Whether you're stepping onto the mats for the first time or refining advanced techniques, his goal is to help you improve while enjoying the process.

Whether your goal is to learn practical self-defense, improve your fitness, compete, or become part of a supportive community, Devine Jiu Jitsu Kentucky is a place where people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels can thrive.

To us, the mats are more than a place to train—they're a place to grow. We believe in challenging one another, encouraging one another, and building a community that feels like family. Everyone has something to learn, and everyone has something to give.

Come train with us and experience the confidence, discipline, and friendships that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has to offer.

We'll see you on the mats.

THE ROLL IS THE REWARD
— Scott Devine

"The roll is the reward" is a reminder that the true value of Jiu Jitsu isn't found in belts, medals, or recognition—it’s found in the training itself.

The roll—sparring with a partner, testing techniques, learning through movement—is where growth happens. It's where we challenge ourselves, solve problems, build resilience, and enjoy the journey.
